Charitable giving

The Sempra Employee Giving Network fund accepts grant requests in the areas of health and human service. This provides a nice balance with Sempra Energy’s corporate-giving program.

To better evaluate the need in communities where our employees live and work, we’ve also set up employee-advisory councils to review requests for funding in regions where we have a large base of employees.

We review opportunities throughout the year, and make decisions monthly.

Due to the volume of requests, we’ve set up eligibility and program guidelines to help guide our giving decisions.

After reviewing the guidelines (PDF), if you believe your nonprofit group has a program that fits our criteria, we invite you to submit an Application for Funding request (PDF).
